I’d like to write this letter to let you know how happy we are to have chosen your company to redo our cabinets. We met with one of your salesmen this past November. He was nice, pleasant and most of all, very knowledgeable. The thing I liked most was that he was not pushy. Of course, the salesman is the first person that you deal with that can either make or break a sate. We were so happy that we decided to remodel our kitchen even though we weren’t ready.

On our first day of remodeling and we met with John. From the beginning, he was thorough and helpful. He measured all cabinets in order to make sure all measurements were correct for all our new appliances. He talked with us through the whole time he was working to make sure we were happy with his work. He came across of being a person who cared about the company’s image not just of getting the job done. If we had any comments, he would gladly stop what he was doing and hear us out.

Out of all the people that have done work throughout my house I would say that John is the most professional person that I have ever done business with.
